We don't just conduct individual training sessions and then leave you to it. We are there to motivate, and direct you and your training. We provide help, guidance, and advice with free eating plan suggestions to ensure you have an effective balance of nutrition and training. Each session is planned individually and specifically around you, providing you with variation, enjoyment and results.
Go the Distance... Personal Training is now available all around East Dorset and the New Forest. Sessions are conducted using gyms based in Downton and Ferndown, or Personal Training can be brought to your doorstep, training in the convenience of your own home with our equipment.
All Personal Training clients have an original consultation with Tim Harris, and then dependent on your goals and specific needs, you will have training sessions with a specialist Personal Trainer.
From February 2009, you will now be able to purchase a Go the Distance... monthly membership at any time. It's an easy way to save money on your training with no long contract. Pay one month at a time without committing beyond the original month.
Gold Membership - Includes 10 personal training sessions within the month, a 20% discount on sports and remedial massage therapy (based in Ferndown), and a 10% discount on all fitness equipment at Go the Distance... Equipment (available from March 1st).
Silver Membership - Includes 5 personal training sessions within the month, a 20% discount on sports and remedial massage therapy (based in Ferndown), and a 10% discount on all fitness equipment at Go the Distance... Equipment (available from March 1st).
Prices: Gold Membership - £150 (Only £15 a session)
Silver Membership - £90 (Only £18 a session)
Payments are easy and simple to make, either by cash, cheque or you can be invoiced at the end of each month.
