Tim Harris
Tim is currently Guiness World Record holder for the youngest man to complete 7 marathons on 7 continents, which he did in 7 weeks in 2006. Also in 2006 he ran a 100km race in the Antarctic becoming the youngest person in the world to do so at the time.
Tim is a qualified personal trainer, having completed a Sports Degree at the University of Central Lancashire, and has been level 3 on the register of exercise professionals (REPS) for many years. He is also GP referal qualified and has lots of experience with working with all different age groups and abilities.
Tim continues to enjoy completing many endurance challenges for charity. He has raised thousands of pounds for WaterAid, who provide clean and safe water and sanitation for many developing countries around the world.
